„The Epstein affair does reveal the first glimpses of the inevitable lame-duck phase of Trump’s political career.“

    2. Perhaps the reason this time „feels different“ is that there are finally some Republicans deciding that they can no longer support pedophiles… that’s most likely a matter of political pragmatism, but good to see, nevertheless.

      >In it, Epstein notes that Trump spent “hours at my house” with one of Epstein’s unnamed victims.

As an (ex)Beaver leader, one of the most important parts of safeguarding is:

      >[Do not plan to be alone with a child or young person in Scouts, either online or in person.](https://www.scouts.org.uk/volunteers/staying-safe-and-safeguarding/safe-scouting-cards/safeguarding-code-of-conduct-for-adults-yellow-card/)

Can anyone provide a *non-*paedophilic reason why a business magnate happened to be spending hours with a sex-trafficking victim? He’s not a private tutor, he’s not a relative, he’s not a friend, so…

All it means is everyone will know he is a pedophile and still do nothing but normalize pedophilia

For me it’s that they didn’t call it a hoax, or fake news, etc. right away. NOPE, instead they confirmed it by naming the redacted name. Doing that validated the emails, which means he’s saying yes, he spent hours in Epstein’s house with the victim!!!

      LOCK HIM UP!!!

Oh, we know which victim he spent hours with at Epstein’s house, it was Virginia Guiffre, but don’t worry she made a statement, before committing suicide, saying nothing happened…

Has Epstein only been an “obsession of the far left and the far right”? Are moderates okay with the twisted, biblical level of evil and amorality that runs through our ruling elites? Has no on thought of the shape of the world under the rule of such vile scum?

Until he’s impeached and imprisoned, nothing has really changed. Will continue to allow politicians to make millions from their positions

Who do you call to investigate the DOJ and FBI when they’re running interference and covering up crimes for the president?

    9. The right is now normalizing pedophilia. They have moved the goal post to the artic zone.

Donny sitting staring into the mirror with the headlines scattered about his table.

Oh take me back to the night we met…
I don’t know what I’m supposed to do haunted by the ghost of you…oh take me back to the night we met

This is all putting us in a negative-feedback loop, too – the more the Epstein heat is turned up, the crazier Dirty Don acts. The crazier he acts, more and more people are hurt and the heat for Epstein gets turned up. Rinse and repeat.

    12. All these years of chaos because Donnie is upset that Bubba didn’t give him the cigar treatment.

Its probably nothing but the Facebook bots arent even defending him yesterday

    14. Maybe so but GOP will defend him to the end. Need lots of votes to impeach then we have to deal with the couch fucker manipulated by Miller, Bannon, Stone,Johnson and the rest of the puppeteers

It’ll feel different once there’s some accountability. This is just more of the same, frankly.

We already know he’s in the files. We already know he abused his victims. We already know he was deeply involved with Epstein and his operation. These are just the raw details, more facts supporting that long ago reached conclusion.

    16. couldbutwont on

If this works to convince the base of who he really is…great. but it would have been better if we had not had this guy ruin our country for the last 10 years.

    17. Where is Dan Bongino? That’s what I wana know. Has he been shushed so much he can no longer make a comment? There’ll be a documentary made by this fucker in 5 years time called “What I knew” by Dan Bongino. Written and directed by Dan Bongino. This prick is playing the long game.

    18. r_alex_hall on

WTH does that writer describe the files as “legendary” for?

      Legends about evildoing?

      Stop romanticizing evil.

    19. Ssshizzzzziit on

I can’t tell you how this all ends, but it’s going to make „All The Presidents Men“ look cute by comparison.

We have a capricious, ostentatious, amoral president, underwater and flailing, plagued by files from a former relationship that are of a kind of Chinatown (the movie) level creepiness. We have members of his circle that likely know and are like characters from game of thrones. When everything eventually comes out, and it will, it’s going to be wild as fuck.

    20. TheVoiceInZanesHead on

Ill believe it when i see it (meaning this actually impacting him politically, i believe he is a creep)

    21. Hopefully *it* is the fact that the evidence incriminates Trump, a vast amount of GOP senators and congresspeople (of cover-up), FBI/CIA/NSA cover-up, and includes blue president(s?) and red president(s?), and the governments of other nations, multiple judges, multiple prison system upper-management and employees.

That is *it*. And it’s only a fragment, and text only. There are „troves“ of pictures and video. Hundreds to thousands of government employees have seen this evidence, and know who their current boss is „behind closed doors“.

    22. Ok_Mountain_3092 on

Is this damning evidence enough to open trump supporters eyes? Are they just ok with him being a pedo? Serious question eh.

I just realized/remembered when Trump had Putin visit the Whit House, and made everyone leave the room for an amount of time
