A deal could be struck in the short term to produce drones for Ukraine with the understanding that they develop US /NATO drone warfare capabilities with data, expertise and training. The US and her allies would get a cheap alternative to using million dollar missiles and Ukraine would get production capacity that is safe from attack. Win win
