This is bullshit and everybody knows it. Delayed Flight tests for a craft everybody knows exists? The F22 First flew in the 90s; with its stealth technology demonstrators flying in like 2000-01. F-35 tech around the same, even earlier if you don’t count the VTOL version. Navy was flying stealth lifted wing drones in 2010. Consistent theme of conventional craft flying 10-15 years before being declassified.
