      Have no idea what that is. Maybe a foreigner tried to write something of their language

      Is this grafiti or is this just someone drawing on a dusty window? Either way, this just looks strange. It kind of reminds me of that time when Indonesians used Hangul to avoid censorship.

      It’s „Aen-O-Pae-Reu“, so it could be anything, but it does somewhat sounds like a name. Ann Offer, Ann Opelle, Annabelle, etc.
      The handwriting looks super clumsy and awkward, so it’s gotta be someone who’s not too familiar with Hangul.
