Sick to my back teeth of mitigating circumstances. Someone else always pays, never the wretch responsible.
The article makes this lad seem like an absolute waster, one I’m sure will be up in front of the courts again soon.

We have dealt with this a few times, and it is one of the saddest, saddest scenarios to ever come across. Animals coming through to the other side and just when you think you start seeing the light, it gets so much darker. So much worse.
Bastard is too kind a word, prison too kind a place.
Animal abuse should be punished with the same laws that apply to harming humans. This wretch belongs in prison for many, many years. Maybe all of his years.
