leveraged trading in the market? they must be happy to lose money

Remember when everyone said we learned a lesson on the 10th October with the biggest liquidation event in Crypto history…
Well about that.

This is much more about economics;
The Dow is falling due to concerns over a weakening labor market, indicated by recent layoff data, and continued uncertainty from the US government shutdown. Investors are also taking profits after a strong run, with tech stocks experiencing a significant pullback. Other contributing factors include a potential delay in the next interest rate cut, and ongoing volatility around corporate earnings and potential trade policy changes.
Tying it to crypto is an exercise in frustration. Fix the White House and the Congress and you fix the problem.

I feel like this is the current issue with BTC not going higher. Way too many numb fucks using 500x leverage causing too much volatility. Why is this allowed?

A few more liquidations and you will see ex-billionaires working next to you at Wendy’s.

Without an actual “gold standard” accountability, isn’t all this just BS. It’s like baseball cards in the 90’s. There was this guide that told you what each cards value was, but at the end of the day, like my father said, it’s only worth what someone is willing to pay you for it. We’re just playing with imaginary baseball cards
