Per the article, $24.77/hour is a wage nearly half of New Brunswick workers do not even reach.
This is the living wage for a couple with 2 children. In a single parent household, effectively double this amount.
It is utterly unsustainable that nearly half the population in New Brunswick does not earn enough to live with an average number of children.
