      Honestly, hemp is a stupid, wasteful, loophole. It takes 10 times as much hemp as cannabis to create these products. That means more land, more water, more pesticides, more heavy metals. So, you get a shittier product, that does more harm to the environment, at a higher price.

      This wouldn’t be the worst thing. Just force anyone who lives in a state where cannabis isn’t legal to push their legislatures to join us in the 21st goddamned century.

      Congress should have no authority to actually ban shit within the states. Interstate commerce is not intrastate commerce. Dumbest expansion of power that SCOTUS granted to the federal government.

      I don’t want to undermine the fact that this is idiotic, but does this not make it sound like it’s just saying states need to regulate the products and through which outlets they can be sold?

      Like would this prevent it from being sold through three-tier as if the state regulates it? I’m curious what the actual language is because this summary doesn’t make it sound as bad as it surely is.

      God dammit, I’ve been sober from alcohol for almost 12 months. THC seltzers have been fucking awesome for me. I can drink two 5mg seltzers at concert and never want a beer again

      God damn it never ends with this shit. I used to be in the hemp industry and I have PTSD from the constant legal battles both State and Federal that the industry endures. Couple that with low margins (except risky THCA), cutthroat competition and shady characters. I wish my brothers in arms the best but I’m so fucking glad I’m not there for this final boss battle.
