Hallo, ich bin letzten Monat in diese Untermiete eingezogen und hatte etwas Seltsames an dem Bett, bis ich heute die Matratzen hochhob und sah, dass diese hervorgehobene Verbindung nicht mehr vorhanden war. Ich habe es wieder hineingesteckt, aber es löst sich immer wieder. Ich weiß nicht, ob Ikea-Betten nur so gestaltet sind oder ob dieser Nagel ein nachträglicher Einfall des Vermieters selbst war, um das kaputte Gestell zu reparieren? Weiß jemand, wie man das beheben kann? Ich habe es dem Vermieter noch nicht gesagt, da ich nicht möchte, dass er mir die Schuld dafür gibt, falls ihm das Problem vorher nicht bewusst war.

Yes, that’s broken. But not where you circled in white.
This is a common IKEA fastening method, where a dowel (the wooden thing on the right) is partnered with a cam lock (left). The cam lock consists of two parts, the cam lock screw (the “nail” in your description) and a cam nut, which secures it (the cylindrical metal thing set back into the wood above the screw.
Several things are wrong in your situation.
First and most significantly, a large chunk of the wood has sheared off. That’s going to be an issue. There are ways you can patch, fill, and reinforce that, but honestly unless you’re already handy with woodworking, you may struggle to get the strength that you’re going to need here. The easiest, low-skill-requirement solution would be to find a replacement for that entire piece of wood, perhaps scavenged from an identical piece of furniture. Or, if this model happens to still be sold by IKEA, you can just purchase the piece directly from them.
Secondly, the cam screw is both bent, and broken. These normally have a sort of rigid plastic part cast around the metal part, which has broken off here. Likely due to whatever impact bent the screw. So you’ll need a replacement screw. You can use the IKEA website to order such small parts online, and they’ll ship them to you for free. But not the larger wooden piece. For that you’ll need to visit them in person. But again, they’ll only be able to (maybe) help if this particular furniture item is still being sold. If not, your only options are to find an identical piece somewhere, remake a functionally identical piece from wood you buy at a Baumarkt, or bodge together some sort of repair for the existing piece.

I am pretty sure that screw was part of the design and not added later, my guess (just a guess tho) is that it was either incorrectly assembled or it came apart later when somebody carried the bed around and then put weight on it causing it to split the wood and bend the screw.
