Aint no sunshine when she’s gone.
It’s not warm when she’s away.
For Scotland, you have to factor in the grey cloud cover lasting all day. There’s been days when the lights need to be on all day to see anything in my house. Not pitch black, but dark. Sun comes up about 8.30/9 and goes down about 3. Even when up, it’s really low in the sky.
