So are they going to give any justification for why this apartment complex threatens the factory? Are they just artificially depressing the value of the existing apartments so that if Sanofi wants to buy them in the future it’s cheaper for expansion? Cause that feels like a wildly inappropriate use of the power, and otherwise densifying existing housing doesn’t seem to have any affect on nearby employment besides providing more opportunities for employees to live near where they work.

It’s so great that Doug Ford spent all that time and effort to become Mayor of Toronto so he could focus his energy on local zoning issues.
