You can write a complaint to info@anf.etat.lu – I did this once as Inpromo kept sending me their trash. Worked pretty well
Have you tried calling Mr. Salim? He’s great. He can treat any problem. Ever since Dr. Kalim retired, i’ve been talking to Mr. Salim. He fixed my car, cured my missing limb and convinced the bank to lower my (fixed) interest rate. I bet he can help with the ads.
