Ich möchte etwas öffentlich filmen. Offensichtlich sind beliebte Orte voller Menschen. Ist es akzeptabel, etwas in der Nähe von Menschen zu filmen? Sie werden nicht das Hauptthema sein. Genau wie dieses Beispiel. Diese Person filmt sich selbst und nur wenige Menschen wurden kurzzeitig von der Kamera erwischt.

i have a story that should answer your question pretty good i think:
this week i read an article about somebody that reported a car for parking on a wrong spot. that person took a picture, some passenger was still sitting in the car. the picture was sent to the authorities, they owner of the car got the ticket, they got a lawyer, sued the person that took the picture and the court ruled if favor of the car owner because a picture of a person was taken without their content. 100€ + 650€ lawyer costs have to paid by the person that took the picture.
so don’t take pictures of random people without their consent
