They are shit, once they didn’t accept their own ticket before boarding until somehow I found the email
ye its pretty bad sadly.
I had booked a ticket with them and when i arrived at the airport they almost refused me access on the plane because i did not “buy a seat” ? I legit booked a ticket but did not get an assigned seat.
They’re absolute garbage. Once their system made an error with my luggage booking (they took 3 days to process the payment, by which time I had to buy extra luggage at the airport)
Took 2 months to get a refund.
