Mein Freund hat mir diese lokalen Kekse aus Spanien gekauft. Ich möchte sie nachbauen, kann aber nirgends etwas Ähnliches finden. Kann mir hier jemand helfen, sie zu identifizieren? Die Kekse sind luftig (leicht) und knusprig. Sie zergehen auf der Zunge. Sehr mild süß und etwas salzig.

Where did your friend fring them from? They could be Panellets from Cataluña, but might as well wait from confirmation from someone from there.
Never seen them around, most cookies I see in Spain are with almonds or pine nuts rather than peanuts. However I have been digging a bit and there’s a Dutch cookie that looks a lot like this, it’s called Pindakoeken, maybe you can try that recipe out and tweak as needed?
