And a profound relief.
What a shift, from propping up our GDP with housing speculation and immigration to focusing on industry and infrastructure, expanding international trade and cutting the fat from our bloated civil service.
The budget is a mixed bag. I like the capital investment to support industry but the program cuts will not be well received by Canadians.
