It will be the Greatest Depression, like nobody ever’s seen. Big strong men with tears in their eyes will say, „sir, I’ve never seen such depression in my life.“

    2. It won’t.

Completely different world now. Completely different financial policies and institutions.

Back then when credit collapsed they just let the money supply contract and suffer. Today any sign of a recession – let alone a depression – and they’ll be firing up the Fed money printer.

Inflation – not any 1929 scenario – is the real danger going forward the next 5 years.

Edit: to put it in simple terms, today we can engineer things so that instead of 30% of people lose their jobs, 100% of people lose 30% of their purchasing power.

    3. Can’t be a crash if we don’t report the numbers.

      Mike Johnson an some point.

    4. Good.

I really mean that. I think Trump is an absolute liability; he’s a career criminal who should be in prison, not the White House.

But the fact he was re-elected is absolutely rock-solid evidence that America will not learn this the easy way. Well, if you won’t learn the easy way, there is an alternative.

I just hope the rest of the world is equipped to deal with the inevitable fallout.

It’s almost like he knows full blown WWIII is right around the corner.

JFC how many times are we going to see this bullshit lying headline from the times? It’s unreal that they just post this bloat over and over again

    7. A high proportion of the very rich make out like bandits in a crash.

It’s absolutely the logical next stage of the war of the ‚elites.‘

*Funny how the MAGAsses thought Pedo PoopyPants was their crusading knight against the ‚elites.‘ Somehow they never noticed that respect, acceptance, and applause from the ‚elites‘ was what he craved more than anything else in the world.*

*Those who love are, alas, blind.*

    8. And if it happens don’t expect him to care about anybody except for himself and his rich business partners because that is all he really cares about it in the long and not his brainwashed followers who thinks he walks on water and is doing everything for them.

I am sure they will find a way to spin it and blame it on the Democrats and make out Donald Trump is still wonderful… The level of brainwashing with these people is the Nazis all over again.

Of the 11 recessions between 1950 and 2020. 10 – **TEN** – began under Republican administrations.

Trump, a „man“ who has filed bankruptcy 6 – **SIX** – times, including not one, but **TWO** casino’s, is well on the way to making ***AMERICA*** his ***SEVENTH***!!!

Hey, MAGAts! Are you tired of „winning“ yet??!!

    10. It’s orchestrated, it will be a huge redistribution of wealth. The rich will get richer and the rest of us will slide into poverty and destitution.

I think that’s why Trump and his family are so into crypto. Trump may not be able to string a coherent sentence together anymore, but I’m sure he has world-class financial advisors at his disposal. If the American economy crashes —which seems at least probable —the dollar will plunge along with it. What’s the point in being a dollar billionaire if that happens? But a crypto billionaire…

    12. LOL this was always the plan… the next great transfer of wealth is coming. Yet we are still fighting against each other LOL black versus white versus brown and who is going to win the next love island. NFL anyone? Taylor Swift new album. TikTok. Etc. Sad, but hey it may be your opportunity. Save, invest, buy low and do not panic sell. Good luck everyone.

Hey, at least we’ll have a trillionaire on American soil….. that will do absolutely nothing for the American people by the way, considering he’s pilfered all of our information

2/3 of the country either voted for it or chose not to vote. I guess this is exactly what they want.

    15. I remember reading an article last week about how Trump is obsessed with the Roaring 20s, mainly due to the massive wage gap and how much richer the rich were getting at the time. That was before his Gatsby party, which just seemed to reinforce that.

Trump triggering another Great Depression-style era would be so apt in that sense.
