Nothing new in preparing. Bomb shelters have been build at least since 1960s. Also there is a law that requires everyone to have some food etc. to survive some power outages and that kind of stuff.
Also many houses have more than one heating system. Also helps to fight against electricity bills to have two systems.
Finland has been preparing to defend itself from a Russian invasion for the last 80 years. Nothing new to see here.
Happy to see that people internationally are interested in my homeland :⁾
