      lol I don’t think anyone needs to worry about this. The only way Elon becomes a trillionaire is if he gets Tesla to an 8 trillion dollar market cap which will never happen in a million years. The most valuable company in the world (Nvidia) is only worth 5 trillion and they actually make good products so it’s pretty much impossible for Elon to attain the title of trillionaire THANK GOD

      They need to hit a $8.5trillion market cap for him to get that payout. It is all performance based on the value of the stock, and means the stock went up 466% in 10 years, or 46.6% per year.

      EBITDA: The company must achieve a trailing 12-month EBITDA of $400 billion.

      Vehicle Deliveries: 20 million vehicle deliveries are required.

      Full Self-Driving Subscriptions: 10 million Full Self-Driving (FSD) subscriptions are a target.

      Optimus Robots: 1 million „Optimus“ humanoid robots must be delivered.

      Robotaxis: 1 million robotaxis need to be in commercial operation without a human driver in the vehicle.

      People read the headline and nothing else. In order to get that trillion dollars he not only has to increase Tesla’s valuation to 8.5t, he also has to achieve several promises he has repeatedly failed to keep, all within the next 10 years. Even if inflation and a bubble economy manage to increase Tesla’s value to 8.5t, there is no chance he achieves the rest of the milestones in the same time.

      They are trying to dangle a big carrot so he focuses all his attention on tesla and increasing its productivity and marketability, which takes a larger and larger nose dive the more public he is.
