Die Verkaufspreise sind in diesen Gebieten um 2,80 Euro pro Quadratmeter und die Mieten um 0,012 Euro gestiegen, was zu jährlichen Gewinnen von rund 235 Millionen Euro beim Umsatz und 1 Million Euro bei der Miete führt.

Oh i would be so pissed if my rent increased €0.012
I’m from a much poorer EU country and here rents rose like 4€ per square meter, a 50m2 apartment is 200€ more expensive than it was in 2023., its around 700€ per month now.
Sale prices are wacky too, 3000-6000€ per square meter, and we’re a country where median pay is barely 1500€

I am from Northern Spain and unfortunately it has stopped being a secret paradise, due to travel websites. Prices have shot up much more than that in the cities (aka, the actual places where people want to live). I imagine the abandoned towns where they practically give houses away for free are pulling down the average.
