Oh, so first we were slowing, then accelerating, and now we’re slowing again.
Or were we at one point neither slowing nor accelerating, but just kind of on cosmic cruise control? Maybe it’s adaptive cosmic cruise control, and that’s why we slow down and speed up.

I am not sure about this work but the guardians assertion that DESI’s results support this work are wrong. DESI found that the amount of acceleration is slowing down, but still very much measures an accelerated expansion…

I think the timescape model explains dark energy better, and while a recent study did give it more credibility it still has a way to go before becoming the new standard model [study](https://share.google/KpyysZVXSb3rXwSBz)
