I don’t think most of his country want him representing them there either.
I get the sense he may be at the stage where he physically cant attend these things (mentally he never could). We’ve seem him nod off at major events recently, he constantly looks miserable at meetings even when everyone is kissing his ass. My bet is at a private setting, it would be clear he’s not there, and his handlers cant have that.
