This Map is wrong.
South Carolina has freed up funds and is using the SC national guard to collect food and distribute it to the food banks.
Sincerely South Carolina Democrat.
P.S. this isnt a conversation about the quality of help, but to say South Carolina is doing nothing at all, is just a blatant lie.

If dems had a shred of strategic bone in their body they’d overwhelm those states with targeted propoganda correctly blaming Republicans for those constituents poverty and starvation, and provide meals directly themselves

Alabama announced $2 million to supplement food banks and MawMaw Ivey blamed democrats for it. Funny thing, they’re Dems are pushing for healthcare and Alabama had a healthcare gap since they didn’t expand Medicaid beyond pregnant women and the legally disabled: many people don’t have insurance in Alabama bc they make too little to qualify for a stipend.
