Mein beschissener Vermieter hat einen Kerl geschickt, um einen kaputten Heizungsreglerknopf zu reparieren, und der Kerl hat den Knopf abgenommen und sich verarscht. Jetzt ist mein Zimmer im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ein Ofen und ich kann die Heizung nicht ausschalten, da der zentrale Thermostat ebenfalls nicht zugänglich ist, da das Wohnzimmer leer und verschlossen ist. Ich würde mich wirklich über jede Hilfe freuen!

    The controller knob actually presses on the central pin. Just try holding it inside with some tool.

    Carefully push that pin in and then use duct tape to tape a coin or something like that on top of it so it stays in.

    You can buy a new one for not that much at a hardwarestore (Baumarkt). Until then Push the Pin in and try to keep it pushed in with tape etc.

    I’m not giving anything that can be classified as professional advice. But maybe try a wrench, basically something that can act as a tight clamp on two sides which lets you get a firm grip on the tongue allowing you to turn it.

    Yes, use some kind of wrench or zip-tie to press and hold the pin down (pin down = valve closed)

    Alternatively go to a hardware store and show the picture. They will sell you a knob to fit your valve.
