    1. ‚John Gradek, a McGill University lecturer in aviation management, said the North American air travel system is integrated. American airport delays for planes destined for Canada could cause additional delays throughout the Canadian system.‘

‚“If there’s a slowdown or a reduction in air traffic control capabilities in places like Albuquerque, for example, that would in fact affect the ability of Canadian carriers to operate in American airspace as they transit U.S. airspace, not necessarily as they go into and out of the U.S.,” he added.‘

Perhaps Canadians (and the so-called „snow birds“) should reevaluate their priorities. If you are proud to be Canadian, you shouldn’t be proud of yourself of going to Florida for the Winter.

There are so many other places in the world you could go during Winter which are much more friendly and where the culture and food is a thousand times better!

And no, language is not really an issue. Most places can understand basic English and learning to say „Hello“ and „Thank you“ in any language doesn’t take a Ph.D.

Great. This should further reduce travel to the US.

Putin must be ecstatic with the way Trump has destroyed the US  ostracized it’s allies and broken the world order.

Too bad for him all the other countries banded together.

My travel plans do not include flying to, or stopping in, any American city. The united states is on a path to failed statehood and is hostile toward Canada.

Rich boomers should smarten up and MANY already have.

I have to travel internationally later this year. But I made the choice to avoid any layover that went through the United States, in my opinion, every Canadian should be avoiding the United States.
