    1. This is a mistake, it is exactly the kind of leaverage that should be used against Trump on trade and tariffs. If he wants fewer EU imports why should the EU not look to Latin America? The US certainly did not care about European interests when attacking Middle Eastern and North African countries which lead to both waves of migrants and worsening relations with hydrocarbons exporting nations. They have no problem importing oil from Sharia law Saudis but apparently Europe importing from other Arab countries is haram. Now Latin American countries as well? Smh, when will European interests come first? Latin America is much closer to the EU in many ways than Arab countries, they should absolutely be protected against a trouble maker like Trump. Drugs, really. That s his excuse? For how long have Americans been funding these cartels exactly? Put your own country in order first, your own money is perpetuating this problem.

Y’all are the best allies a country could have, for real. Ousting businesses for us, choosing our interests over your own most of the time, helping us push back against China, and now shunning Latin America. A+ allies. America really lucked out.

I don’t know what we would do without the EU.

    3. Propagande news. The EU is not interacting with the felon. Why waste money to deal with Donny Dementia.

    4. Fart of the deal. That’s all he has. Shit fits. The clumsiest leader the US has ever had. Trump is like a chimp trying to fix a watch with oven mitts on and a hammer.

From a Chinese perspective: European leaders are incredibly hypocritical.

Every time they talk about China, they shout about “human rights,” “values-based diplomacy,” and being “non-negotiable.”

But when it comes to dealing with Trump, they all turn spineless.

Aren’t Latin American countries also democracies? Why don’t they go lecture them? Because they’re afraid of Trump.

If that’s the case, then all of Europe’s talk about “human rights” and “values-based diplomacy” collapses.

What right do European leaders have to speak about human rights or moral values at all?

Cool, another absolute failure from EU leaders. But don’t worry guys they replaced Windows with Linux so they clearly want to be independent from the US, yet they get scared when Trump stomps his feet. Absolutely embarrassing we’re one of the world’s largest economies yet act like a bunch of cowards.

    7. i hope this is true, maybe people actually see how bad the EU body/politicians are and decide to vote for something else next time

    8. „to avoid provoking US President“ that part was invented by the „journalist“. They are not attending due to low turnout and are sending commissioners, etc instead of heads of government.

    9. #HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

      EU SUPERPOWER AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

      Oh my god

hadn’t had that much laugh these days

    10. That article contains not a single quote confirming its headline.

      > The low turnout is attributed, in part, to Washington’s increasingly aggressive stance in the region, said the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

      I call bullshit.
