Fine. Now add more car free zones. Would be x10 times better.
Hot take: What if all the scooters were replaced with electric wheelchairs? The added extra bulk would discourage people from parking them in random places and also increase the demand for wheelchairs so that the increased demand would bring down the costs.
Please do so. Don’t screw it up like we did in Singapore initially on.
How about we just start enforcing the laws we already have to an extent that there is a reasonable deterent effect, before adding new ones that will also be ignored?
