This should have been the standard operating procedure since drones started flying.
Why it should even be discussed? It’s a military object, set warnings everywhere that this is a no drone-flight zone for an unauthorized hardware and shoot it down ASAP unless verified. Simple as that.
Finally. IIRC, Kleine-Brogel hosts US nukes, so it’s absolutely necessary to keep that base free from hostile drones.

So why don’t european countries just learn from Ukraine and employ guys with shotguns in prop planes? A human flying alongside the drone will be much more capable in estimating where it will land once destroyed to minimize collateral damage
