A powerful reminder of courage in the face of oppression. History etched in every shadow of that day.

The last time somebody could admire Hungary.
Short historical memory should be criminalized as stupidity with intent.

And Orban clearly wants this to happen again. From his POW it makes sense, after all, Russian tanks kept Rakosi in power basically until the end of his life….

There’s no need for something like that anymore. Hungary is already been invaded from the inside.

I believe the 1st T-54 loss in history actually happened during the revolution.
If Ukraine falls, the skies of Budapest will be full of russian drones welcoming their overlord putler.
There are plenty of reasons to despise Orbán, but defiling the memory of the 1956 revolution is one of his most unforgivable crimes. And what he did in the past years is not the first time he did this, I still remember the riots and his little coup attemt in 2006.
