Around the time they conquered Georgia, Putin said something to the effect that „Unlike other countries who have abandoned the practice of conquest, Russia didn’t think so much that was out of the question.“
We should have listened.

I think that just to survive the bread lines….
We can laugh at them but we might as well start opening rifle clubs and universal basic military training for a short time each year. Just the basics, none of the rah-rah bullying or crazy long rucking shit. Russia shows no signs of improving their attitude and that will explode on us sooner on later. We’ve kicked the can down the road too much already.
They have lost so many males, these guys will be on the battlefield next year. Just give up, Vlad.

Especially the firearms handling, I think being able to stand up for yourself/self-defense is a good thing to learn early on. But not in the way it is given to these preschoolers.
I see they are applying the Gaza/Hamas strategy. I hope it works out the same for them.

How does one do hand-to-hand combat with a drone?
Probably better of learning how to operate drones.
As horrific as this is, I guess it makes practical sense. It gets the idea that they might be sent to the front lines or the front lines might come to them in their head from an early age so it won’t be as much of a shock if they do end up being sent when they are older, and they might have developed some skills too.
Horrific that kids have to go through this though for Putin’s arrogance and thirst for conquest.
