i’m sorry but i don’t believe that. they don’t buy such high tech stuff for their soldiers. they rather give them a wooden leg.

1 billion? That’s only like 12 new elite villas and 7 prosthetic limbs.

Only like €200mln would be used for the said purpose and the rest would be just pocketed by government officials.

They get a sack of potatoes and a prosthetic leg. Life is good. 🙄

A country full of gimps.cheers Putin.great legacy you leave behind

    6. Seen several videos of them using plastic soda bottles for prosthetics… so, that’ll cost like $10 each.

    7. how much of it going to be pocketed? russia is a very corrupt country. everyone steals from top to bottom. ot’s the norm in that society

    8. Why is everyone doubting this? How else are they gonna get those amputees back to the front lines?

    9. Why do they need pack donkeys and such for the soldiers if their space age cybernetics are this advanced?

    10. Lmao sure… they prolly just give em a stick and throw em at the front again

    11. I saw a video of a Russian at a hospital after losing a leg and he had been using plastic soda bottles as a prosthetic. Surprisingly it was working for at least the duration of the clip.

Russia is just going to strap soldiers into wheelchairs, give them some weapons, tie a tether to the wheelchair, and shove these guys onto the front lines.

Hard to believe they don’t just give them lead to the head like they’re doing to the front line suicide squads when they hesitate.

Lead is certainly cheaper than wood.

    14. Just wait until the May Day parades when the Mobility Aid Corp goes rolling by.

Don’t need to spend $1 billion on wood legs if you didn’t go out picking fights with your neighbors.

    16. How magnanimous of them paying that rather than not running them through the meat grinder in the first place. That would been cheaper. Only the best for Russian veterans!

    17. Russia to „spend“ one billion Euro and corruption will siphon away big chunk of that and disabled veterans will be provided with wooden peg log or steel hook arm like pirates.

    18. More like someone is going to steal €1 billion that was supposed to be for prosthetic limbs.

    19. It will actually be less than a million. They will supply old baseball bats cut to fit and skim the rest.

    20. It’s a good investment for them, they need to get them back in battle!
