Honestly, this will be a fascinating story. Jared “Rook” Isaacman, self made billionaire and astronaut vs Sean “P Duffy Combs”, reality TV star, both trying to change NASA in very different ways. Who will win? Find out next week on “The Real World: DC.”
I hope that just like the characters originally aiming for the iron throne in Game of Thrones, they both lose.
Meanwhile, our closest competitors are likely going to beat us there while we lose our talent to other sectors.
I don’t really like the framing but hopefully Duffy gets shit on his face.
Isaacman if chosen could end up being one of the best NASA administrators ever because he actually has the knowhow of how technical organizations work from the ground up. I’m not sure we’ve ever had a NASA administrator like that, or if we have not in my ~35 year lifetime.
Yeah this seems productive and healthy for an organization
Duffy needs to go back the MTV Real World where he thrives.
