I don’t think it’s any secret that this administration desperately wants to invoke the insurrection act. It’s also pretty clear that the civil unrest that they need to do so isn’t going to start itself, so they are trying to kick start it.

OP doesnt know the difference between correlation and causation.
They want the citizens to get more riled up. They want the temperature to go up. They want to use more force on the citizens. They want to stay in office forever

It’s all part of the plan that goes one of 2 ways.
Either he’s now manifested a problem, of which he’ll come in to “save the day” from the problem he’s created. He’ll be a hero to his voter base and pull more votes from the parties.
Or, he’s intentionally stoking divide in the country and is anticipating some sort of social chaos. If this is the case, he’ll use the opportunity to declare an emergency and enact the insurrection act (or a multitude of other emergency powers).
Either way, it isn’t good.
They are trying to figure out how the money spent in 2019 was 54B vs 99B in 2024.
It’s almost like we’ve had an influx of people 🤔

I like how they somehow found money from a secret donor to pay the military. I guess they’re less likely to turn on their masters when people take to the streets if they’re still getting their check.
I think the Republicans are trying to say the funds don’t work like they did back in the day. Not sure if it was officially done, but they’re saying it’s just for „disasters“ when it use to be for „shutdown and/or disasters“. Do t quote me on this though, they change things at the drop of a hat and lie constantly.
They also swore in 2 republican representatives during the last shutdown but apparently can’t do it now with the new Democrat one
