Gleichzeitig entsteht eine zirkuläre Investitionsblase, die wahrscheinlich bald platzen wird.
Es ist eine Einstellung, die KI als den Höhepunkt des extraktiven Kapitalismus darzustellen, nicht als eine Science-Fiction-Zukunft mit dem Ende der Menschheit oder einer Art Himmel auf Erden.

This article’s thesis is that we’re having the wrong debate about AI. It argues that instead of a sci-fi revolution, AI’s real, near-term impact is just being an accelerant for our current economic problems. Its main functions are automating „Bullshit Jobs“ to transfer wealth and flooding the internet with „AI Slop“ to prop up the attention economy. It’s a grounded, economic take on the hype.
If this is true what other near term extractive outcomes would we expect?
Well, for one, there’s enough disinformation on man-made geotrauma that most industrialists are getting off scott-free on ruining the environment. But that will be okay for those of us that will become (forced) to live our lives out indoors. But that’s okay, cuz Grokatina has a new payment plan where she reminds you to take your meds in a cutesy voice. Think of the children? Nah, we got robo-girlfriends and we can use the (re-parametered) amounts of disposable micro-loans on magic cards and videogames.
