uhh 순대 uses the small intestines (jejunum to be more specific) not the colon 😭
Or just sundae.
I usually eat 내장 while my husband would only eat 순대.
god that description somehow made 순대 worse for me than it already was
Just became a vegetarian.
I like the noodle filled ones, but I like 토종순대, the ones with more meat and vegetables inside better. But both are good.

This is my absolute favorite, and I hate the fancy restaurant version, only the street ones that come in a plastic bag for me
