That’s pretty much an automatic unfair dismissal, no?
Thats a suspicious number of people to fire in one go for gross misconduct across multiple offices.
Well that’s silly of them. Did they miscalculate the strength of UK labour protections or some shit? Hopefully more join the union as a result
I sense a few out of court settlements due.
Even employment tribunals don’t take kindly to sackings due to union activities.
