      I get the idea but from experience, the staff at tax offices are usually the most relaxed, friendly and helpful staff you encounter.

      Nice joke! I think there’s a lot of truth in that, because here you always owe someone money or someone wants money from you, and you’re constantly checking your mailbox with dread. That’s what I hate the most
