Well the videos they have been posting for the last 3 years of them torturing their own men for refusing orders seems like they want you to know that they do that..
What is an army meant to do with people who refuse to fight?
Thats just a russian tradition called reign of the old man or something like that. Watched a doc about them torturing recruits to death like 10 years ago.
