These beasts have been doing it consistently as of 2022. Unfortunately it is nothing new. Within the first couple of years they tried to hide behind hypocritic excuses like „there were Ukrainian military in that building“ or „the hospital was hit by incident, the true target was a military object nearby“. Not any more. Nowerdays it’s just direct „honest“ shelling of any hospital or residential area, kids, no kids, everything serves as impersonated target

Putin believe if he can win the war, he won’t have to worry about his war crimes consequence. He was wrong when thought Ukraine can be steamrollered in „lightening“ invasion which of course turned out to be not so lightening.
Ukraine turned out to be unexpectedly formidable opponent and to Putin’s charing, refuse to concede and continue to bite back hard.
Putin will pay for his crime in one way or other and Russia will remain largely off-limit to West for the foreseeable future.
It’s like Russia has one target programmed into its missiles, and it’s ‚children’s hospitals.‘ Putin is a despicable, inhumane piece of shit. I simply cannot figure out the mindset behind it: humans are hardwired to protect children. But this absolute scum goes out of his way to mass murder them.
