Comment: it looks like D66 is going to win these elections!

Rob Jetten (party leader of D66) has the chance of becoming the FIRST ever GAY prime minister!

    2. Time to colonize the sea again! (D66 wants a small new polder between Amsterdam and Almere to build a new city)

Good news or bad news *(for people who don’t like Nazis and right-wing extremists)*?

    4. …and now they build the next Frankenstein’s monster government, good luck fellas.

D66 in first place? that’s cool.

Two majority coalitions are possible: centre or centre right. Both do not seem likely.

VVD would have to give up objections to form a coaliton with GL/PVDA
D66 would have to give up objections to form a coalition with JA21.

I am not sure if either of these will happen.

Why did NSC go from 20 to 0? I don’t know anything about Netherlands politics.

      Amazing result for D66!

But for real, how does VVD always survive like a cockroach no matter what?

I expected them to be 5th based on the polls and they are 3rd…

I hope D66 won’t accept a right wing government with VVD, CDA and JA21 just to get the PM post for Jetten.

This fucked-up mass of fucked-up parties is causing heart attacks in droves among the Big Macs.

      I´m loving it.

    12. Seems prediction markets got this one very wrong. Not that I’m complaining, of course.

Criminal how VVD got out of the last government with minimal damage and the following campaign. Schoolyard politicians, only concerned with picking meaningless fights and not at all interested in actual politics.

I cannot, for the life of me, understand how the VVD wasn’t punished (enough) for the last cabinet disaster when they were the ones that started all this mess 2,5 years ago. Two and a half years of rudderless, mindless politics. Two and a half years of no policymaking. Two and a half years of normalizing extremism and an increasing societal divide.

Oh well.. Rob Jetten goes vroom.
