Ich habe gerade diese SMS erhalten, aber ich habe kein Konto bei ihnen und habe auch keins eröffnet. Die Nachricht sieht legitim aus, da die Nummer und die Website echt erscheinen. Ich rief die Firma an und sie bestätigte, dass es sich um einen Betrug handelte. Ist das noch jemandem passiert?

This is most likely a phishing scam, where the scammer impersonates trusted sources. Scams like this seem to be becoming more frequent. Remember, if a bank needs you to update information they will call you to a branch, not via a link.
That link is clearly not legitimate.
Its funny, the number is legitimate but the link is definitely not
1000% a scam. Especially as you don’t even bank with them. Always assume anything you get from your bank is fake and call them. Never, ever, ever, click on a link in a text message.

Website is not genuine. The domain is not hsbc.com.mt
Number title can be anything they want to register and your device will just display it
