Heard from someone who was there during the shooting that it sounded like helicopters were circling right above them
This will forever make me wonder why. The deadliest mass shooting and it was basically pushed out of the news cycle within days. If it was truly a botched arms deals why did so many ppl have to die?

You can look up the ATC and match it up to the time. You see 5 choppers all do a choreographed sweep. Two go off one way, two go up ahead, and one makes a quick stop over top buildings and then all 5 of them meet up and fly off into the sunset. It’s public info and should still be pretty easy to find.
If you have ever been to Vegas you constantly see helicopters circling the city. I have actually taken one of those helicopter tours. I just checked flight radar and there are currently 8 circling the city one after another. It would be extremely easy to mistake 8 helicopters one after another as one circling in a circumstance like a mass shooting.
