Why does each headline about this showcase him 180ing?
Who cares what Trump thinks at this point… I’m American and I disregard like 90% of what Trump says.
Look at what Trump does, not what he’s says. That’s what I’ve learned about him being in office. He says a lot of things, but does/doesn’t do one thing. Draw conclusions from that (his actions/inactions). Not what he says.
And unfortunately history shows he probably won’t do anything… which inevitably helps Russia…
Trying to predict what Trump will do is like trying to guess what your drunk friend will do. It’s never 100% accurate, and not worth the effort to consider.
If you consider Trumps vocabulary, „not appropriate“ is obviously not slamming, but instead a weak attempt at plausible deniability.
Putin does not give a shit and has been playing trump with delay tactics. T thinks he’s so smart and he’s just not when it comes to geopolitics. He thinks everything is so simple.

He’s an embarrassment to men everywhere. A weak man’s definition of a strong man. Zero integrity, zero respect for truth, zero respect for anyone else. I pray for our country and hope we can get out of this, but currently the republican playbook of making everything so shitty that we end up looking to Trump types to keep us angry and hateful is winning. Every great leader we’ve ever had in this country would detest this man.

It’s incredible how Trump ramps up his opinion against Russia, then arrives the phone call from Moscow and he goes back to friendship. He’s been going through this „cycle“ so many times already.
Call me crazy, but I think bombing civilians, hospitals, executing prisoners of war, and inviding your neighbours is also kind of not „appropriate“. But what do I know, I am a simple redditor ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
when I was young and first paying attention to politics in the 2000s, I remember „flip flopping“ was a politically disastrous thing to do. If you were labeled a flip flopper it was almost political death on its own. Now the president reverses his position on any issue multiple times per month, week, maybe even in the same day. what a time to be alive.
