yes.
it might be more available as a skill when you are very young and haven’t been all jabbed up.
for folks who are more weathered it can be entered in a certain mental state, but this state is hard to achieve and might happen only thru fluke.

Math indicates that time travel is possible and I always wondered if it’s just confined to mental time travel, light particles, or spiritual time travel (the physics outside of our dimension)

I have dreams. Then years later have moments of deja Vu and realize I had a dream about this exact moment years ago. It’ll be random events in my life with little to no significance. But it does happen.
