      This is roughly accurate, although I’m not aware of the Germans actually drawing a map out. The key points were:

      1. They wanted buffer states between themselves and Russia.

      2. They wanted to create an economic association of central and western European nations, that would be an association in name, but would actually be dominated by Germany.

      3. And France would make territorial concessions, as well as partially disarming.

      There were other items like war reparations and expansions of colonies in Africa as well.

      Yea yea yea, sure. They were definitely going to create an independent Polish state right on the border of vast Polish lands within the German Empire already on the brink of violently agitating for independence… right…
