Guy was illegally in Canada and already had a removal order against him. Him facing charges in Bangladesh is a completely separate issue and it’s frankly his problem to deal with.

Our federal courts need to strike this down because we can’t just let immigrants in from any country with a tough judicial system.

System seems to be working as it should.

Refugee claimant’s case was processed and refused.

Prior to the removal order being actioned he „inadvertantly“ crossed the border into the US…. Which, as is made crystal clear to any refugee claimant, you can’t do as it will terminate your claim.

How does one „inadvertently“ cross the border into the United States? Patently absurd. And his refugee claim was denied and his appeals exhausted. Either ICE deports him, or the CBSA does, but he has to go.
