Hamas is really playing with fire here. The IDF hasn’t fully withdrawn from the Gaza Strip yet, they could scrap the ceasefire at anytime they wanted.

I’m confused. Are Hamas, and the rest of the international community ok with Palestinians being killed, as long as Israelis don’t do it?

Where are the protests against Hamas killing Palestinians? Please clarify.

Why is this being posted for the 10th time?

It’s horrible, we get it, but even the article says the killings have not repeated since they retook control of the strip. There’s nothing new in this article.

    4. So I’m wondering who Isreal has even been killing these past 2 years if Hamas has the strength to just take over again without issue

    5. Where are the international peacekeeping forces that are supposed to deal with this? Thought so.

    6. Wait a tick… I thought Trump solved this conflict. Wasn’t it war number 8? Or 7… or whateverdahfuk number he’s up to… /s

    7. The “Ceasefire now” protests will now be louder than ever right?

      RIGHT?

    8. Point 13 of the ceasefire agreement that Hamas agreed to:

      > Hamas and other factions agree to not have any role in the governance of Gaza, directly, indirectly, or in any form. All military, terror, and offensive infrastructure, including tunnels and weapon production facilities, will be destroyed and not rebuilt. There will be a process of demilitarisation of Gaza under the supervision of independent monitors, which will include placing weapons permanently beyond use through an agreed process of decommissioning, and supported by an internationally funded buy back and reintegration programme all verified by the independent monitors. New Gaza will be fully committed to building a prosperous economy and to peaceful coexistence with their neighbours.

So don’t worry, Hamas won’t have any role in Gaza and they will disarm.

    9. Well yeah, Hamas still haven’t been beaten and still have fighters and forces to put in the field. Also there hasn’t really been any credible alternative to Hamas presented to the Palestinians in Gaza. Israel have effectively neutered PLO and the Palestinian Authority so nobody believes in their ability to stand up for the Palestinian people or create a Palestinian state.

Terrorist groups care about power and control – helping the actual people they are supposedly fighting for is not one of their goals.
