I’d reckon the 1400s, possibly referred to as the Gaelic revival in some texts (can’t remember the official term/drunk). It’s a period where the Norman families like the Fitzgeralds, de Burghs and Butlers either accepted or embraced native Irish culture along with the Anglo-Norman of their forbears. The English influence had waned in Ireland considerably and it wasn’t until the Tudors that it was renewed; as a result the various familial nobility groups carved out their influence. one of my favs are the OByrnes whose exploited were immortalized in this classic: https://spotify.link/oPqI933PGXb

Anywhere from the 10th century to the 16th century. My family surname is in this map and is** the oldest recorded surname in Europe, dating back to the 10th century.

Edit: (typo) …and is one of the oldest recorded….

Here’s a Baader Meinhof for you. Literally minutes ago I was looking up an ancestor and the info I got was that the family name came from Scotland to Ireland as Gallowglasses (mercenaries). I’d never heard of it before and now it appears on this map.
