      That quote’s irony, after earlier in the article reporting people’s food was being blown about by the leaves the helicopters‘ spread, has not become lost on me.

      Unless the people travelling by helicopter are going to finance her entire operation she might want to cool her rotors before she ends up boycotted by everyone in the region. Publicly being a dick is a great way of losing sales.

      Wow. It’s a posh little deli for sure, with some nice food, but the owner only caring about the helicopter arrivals makes her a prize knob-end.

      I’ve only got takeaway things for a picnic, which are pretty good, and I haven’t tried their fish finger sandwich. It’s going to have to be pretty good for 16 quid!

      (I will note that I do not own a second home in the area, I do not live in London, and most of all I arrive by car rather than by helicopter. The nearby beaches are great.)

      I agree with the shop owner. It honestly sounds from the article that some helicopters landed there one or two times and people complained as if the Deli owner has any power over how the private field which she doesnt own is used. There’s even a quote from someone who goes to the Deli all the time, and even stays in the accommodation they have on site, who says they’ve never seen a helicopter.

      As a local, the whole area is basically off limits in the summer as it’s gridlocked with Ranges and people block the villages as they park anywhere to go to the beach. ‚Quiet‘ doing a lot of work there.

      Yeah just shrug. From Holt to there whole of the coast is second/third homes private school etc.
