[Warner Bros. Discovery](https://www.cnbc.com/quotes/WBD/) has rejected three [Paramount Skydance](https://www.cnbc.com/quotes/PSKY/) takeout offers as it fields broad buyout interest, CNBC’s David Faber reported Wednesday, citing sources.

Paramount’s last offer was for just under $24 per share and comprised of 80% cash, according to Faber, who [previously reported](https://www.cnbc.com/2025/09/19/paramount-skydance-warner-bros-discovery-bid-update.html) a bid could come in at between $22 and $24 per share.

WBD said on Tuesday it had received “unsolicited interest” from multiple parties and that it would expand its strategic review process to review all bids.

These are for sure getting leaked to entice other possible buyers. In this economy however I sincerely doubt any “good” companies would try and buy. My best guess is Skydance will buy WBD.

    3. I imagine that scene from Succession is being played out somewhere in real time

skydance getting another huge media company would be sooo bad considering theyve decided they wanna support facism.

    5. I think WB here knows that with all the superhero stuff they own, It’s worth a lot more than they’re getting offered.
